Install the WooCommerce plugin
Download the free plugin ZIP from orderalerts.app. Activate it with WooCommerce running. OpenOrder Alerts in the admin menu — you will see a pair token and store QR code.
Download pluginPair desktop and/or mobile
Desktop: install thebrowser extension and paste the pair token.
Mobile: openwoocommerce.orderalerts.appor scan the app QR below with your phone’s browser. Sign in, Add to Home Screen, then scan thestore QR from WordPress.

Phone setup — open the free app
Open woocommerce.orderalerts.app on your phone, or scan this QR code with your camera or browser. Then add the app to your Home Screen and pair your WooCommerce store.

- 2.Sign in with Google (free)
- 3.Add to Home Screen (iOS: Share → Add to Home Screen)
- 4.In WordPress → Order Alerts, scan the store pairing QR (or paste the token)

Place a test order
Create a test order (or use a real one) that reaches processing/completed. You should hear the alert and see the order on paired devices. If nothing fires, regenerate the token and re-pair.

Store pair URLs look like https://woocommerce.orderalerts.app/pair/… — that is the WordPress admin QR (pairs a store). The QR on this marketing site opens the app home URL so you can install it first.
